- Open Settings and choose Help & Support.
- Describe the issue and the last step that worked.
- Do not include your password or verification code.

State the request clearly and provide only what is needed to locate the relevant account.
- Identify the type of request: access, correction, deletion, or legal inquiry.
- Use the email address associated with your account where possible.
- Response times and verification requirements vary by jurisdiction.
