Eligibility and agreement

You may use FlirtifyCam only if you can legally enter this agreement.

  • You must be at least 18 and meet the minimum legal age where you live.
  • Do not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law.
  • Stop using FlirtifyCam if you do not agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity under your account.

  • Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
  • Protect passwords, sign-in methods, and verification codes.
  • Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share account access.

Acceptable use

Use FlirtifyCam lawfully and respectfully.

  • Do not threaten, exploit, harass, discriminate against, or deceive others.
  • Do not share illegal, infringing, non-consensual, or harmful content.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass service controls.

You remain responsible for what you choose to share.

  • Only share content you have the right and permission to use.
  • You grant the permissions reasonably required to host, transmit, moderate, and protect service content.
  • We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, law, or safety standards.

Purchases and virtual items

Prices and product details are shown before purchase.

  • Virtual items and features are licensed for use within FlirtifyCam and are not cash or property.
  • Taxes, payment-provider rules, and regional terms may apply.
  • Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, product terms, and payment channel rules.

Enforcement and availability

We may act to protect people, the service, and legal compliance.

  • Actions can include removal, warnings, feature limits, suspension, or account termination.
  • Features may change, pause, or end, and matches or outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
